Meet Diesel Diesel is an estimated 9-month-old Lab/Shepherd mix with a soft heart and a gentle soul. He’s a very sweet boy who hasn’t fully opened up yet, but with patience and consistency, he absolutely will. He is currently in a foster home. Diesel is still learning to trust humans and will likely be more of a single-family kind of guy meaning, he might be tentative with new people and not much of a social butterfly. However once he feels safe, he’s affectionate and loving. He does best when his space is respected. A few important things to know: • Loves other dogs and would benefit from a confident canine companion • Good with cats • Older, respectful kids recommended • Can bolt when scared, so a secure yard and careful door management are important • Potty trained • Crate trained • Well mannered for a puppy • He’s active will need exercise/enrichment Diesel is looking for a calm, patient home willing to go at his pace and he’ll reward you with loyalty, love, and some seriously sweet snuggles. ***must be with in two hours of 17055.
