Sable is a beautiful, medium-sized Doberman mix who’s about 3 years old and currently living in foster care in High Point, NC. She had a loving home with her previous owner, but due to circumstances beyond her control, she now needs a new family that can match her energy and offer the exercise she craves. Sable weighs about 45 pounds, sports a short bicolor coat, and is fully house trained. She thrives with activity and enjoys daily walks, car rides, and any adventure that lets her stretch her legs. Her intelligence and sweetness shine, but she does need some continued training and routine care to channel her enthusiasm in a positive way. Sable is very child-friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, but she isn’t suited for homes with cats. She would love a fenced yard to romp in and a home where playtime, walks, and interactive time are part of the daily rhythm. She’s spayed and fully up to date on her vaccinations, so she’s ready for her next chapter. If you’re seeking an active, smart companion and have the time and energy to devote to a young, playful dog, Sable may be the perfect match.
