About Roulette
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Roulette, affectionately known as Rou, whose story is as unique as her name. Brought into rescue as a nervous puppy living in a culvert, Rou quickly blossomed in her foster home. Likely a hound/pointer mix, she has a beautiful brindle, white, and red merle coat with a fun-loving, adventurous spirit. Born around September 1st, 2023, she embodies many Virgo traits, including intelligence, loyalty, and a gentle willingness to build trust once she feels safe. Rou loves to play and run with her foster siblings, cherishes walks, and is never happier than when she's splashing around in water. She's working hard on her social skills each day and transitions from a shy, cautious pup into a cuddly companion once she trusts her humans. For housebreaking, consistent outings are key, and her foster mom notes she'll pick up routines quickly thanks to her clever mind. Rou's ideal home will have a fully fenced yard, another outgoing and friendly dog, and adults patient enough to let her come out of her shell in her own time. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has a clean bill of health. To best support her journey, Rou is searching for an adult-only household within 45 miles of Winston-Salem with plenty of room to play and love to offer. Click apply to start the adoption process.
