He was rescued from a cruelty situation along with his brother. Sadly, his brother passed away from aggressive cancer, but Percy has continued to thrive and is now ready for a safe, forever home. Percy has been missing most of his hair for about a year. He has been seen by a veterinarian and has tried multiple treatments, but his fur simply has not grown back. This does not affect his health or happiness and only adds to his memorable appearance. Personality-wise, Percy is a total lover. He adores people and seeks affection. He does well with other dogs but plays rough, so he would do best in a home with dogs larger than him who can match his play style. Percy is not good with cats. At 25–30 pounds, Percy is a great medium-small size and would do well in a variety of home settings. He is affectionate, social, and deeply deserving of a family who will give him the love and security he has missed.
