Hi, I'm Eliza-but my friends call me Pup Pup. I'm a petite little terrier mix, about 12 years old, and I weigh just a bit over 13 pounds. I may be small and a little older, but my heart is still full of love to give. Not long ago, I was on a euthanasia list at another shelter. I didn't understand everything that was happening, but I do know I was given a second chance-and I'm so grateful for it. I was brought to safety, where people are finally taking care of me and helping me feel better every day. When I first arrived, I wasn't in the best shape. My skin was very uncomfortable, and I had some lumps that needed attention. But things are already improving, and I feel softer, calmer, and more comfortable than I have in a long time. What hasn't changed is who I am at heart-I'm a very sweet, gentle, and affectionate girl. I love quiet moments, soft voices, and being close to kind humans who make me feel safe. I don't need much... just a cozy place to rest and someone to love me for who I am. I know I'm not perfect, and I don't need to be. I just want a peaceful home where I can be cherished and cared for, no matter how many days I have ahead of me. Adoption fee is: $100 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
