Come meet me and 75+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's Super Adoption Event, Furever Yours! Sunday, February 15th, 2026 at Paradise Island in Staten Island from 11am - 3pm! Meet Riley! Riley is a 7-month-old, 55-lb Great Pyrenees mix that looks like a fluffy white cloud and has the biggest puppy heart. He is still just a pup so he's growing and will become a big, beautiful gentle giant as he matures. He can be a little nervous around humans at first, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality really shines. Riley loves having another dog in the house and gains a lot of confidence from canine friends-he lights up the moment there's another pup to play with. He loves his toys and other dogs... basically if it's playful, Riley is all in! Riley is both food and toy motivated, which is a big help with training. Like many puppies his age, he's still learning the basics-he's not crate trained yet and is working on potty training. He's a bouncy, playful puppy who loves to jump and play, and he'll thrive with a patient adopter who's ready to put in the time and consistency that a large-breed puppy will need. With structure, positive reinforcement, and lots of love, Riley is going to grow into the sweetest, most loyal companion-a true gentle giant once he outgrows his puppy energy.
