Candy is a stunning, pure white hound mix who looks just like a fluffy little polar bear cub. Rescued in an emergency mission from a difficult situation in NC, she is now safe, warm, and ready to find her true forever home. Her Special Superpower: She’s Deaf! Candy is a "silent seeker"—she experiences the world through her nose, her eyes, and her heart. Being deaf doesn't slow her down; it actually makes her one of the most attentive and soulful puppies we’ve ever met. Why Candy is Extra Special: The Ultimate Cuddle Bug: Since she doesn't hear, she relies on touch and eye contact to bond. She is a world-class snuggler and lives for belly rubs. Peaceful Sleeper: Thunderstorms, fireworks, and noisy neighbors? Candy sleeps right through them! She is the champion of nap time. Smart & Visual: She is at the perfect age to learn "hand signal" commands. She is incredibly observant and eager to please her humans. Candy’s Quick Stats Birthday: December 5, 2025 Look: Pure white "polar bear" coat with a sweet pink/liver nose and soulful eyes. Health: Up to date on all vaccines and microchipped. Personality: Affectionate, resilient, and deeply loyal. What Candy Needs Candy is looking for a family who sees her deafness as a unique way to bond. A fenced-in yard is a must for her safety since she can't hear traffic or surroundings. She would thrive with a patient owner ready to use "thumbs up" and hand signals to let her know she’s the best girl in the world. Candy is more than just a rescue; she’s a lesson in love without words. If you have a quiet spot in your heart and a soft spot on your couch, Candy is waiting for you!
