Allie
AvailableAllie is a large, adult, spayed female pit bull terrier/mixed breed currently located in Tucson, AZ. She’s house trained and has shown resilience after overcoming some health issues, making her a strong candidate for a loving and understanding adopter.
About Allie
Allie is a resilient girl who’s come a long way from her struggle with untreated valley fever. Now, she enjoys the simple things—slow outdoor strolls and the company of caring humans. Her foster reported she’s loving, quite enthusiastic, and has bounced back beautifully with regular meds and meals. Allie thrives with an adopter who can channel her extra energy into shorter walks and positive activities. She’s eager to please and ready for further training. House training is mostly sorted, and her favorite toy is a crinkly duck. Volunteers say she’s sweet, gentle, and calm when other dogs are barking nearby. She prefers to sniff along the route rather than rush. Allie shares her kennel peacefully with another dog and has proven herself easygoing and independent in playgroups. She’ll likely do best in a home without cats or young children. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
