Lola
AvailableLola is a 7-year-old, large female Pit Bull Terrier located in Lincoln Park, NJ. She is spayed and has spent much of her life at the shelter. Lola is now decompressing in a foster home and is ready to meet a loving family. Her gentle nature shines through as she embraces her new chance at happiness.
About Lola
Lola spent 1,296 days at Bergen County animal shelter—she was their longest resident, and the staff absolutely loved her. For reasons that made little sense to anyone, she often got passed by. Lola spent nearly half her life inside those shelter walls, but her world has opened up since a dedicated foster brought her home. It’s been a big change, but Lola has handled it with patience and a gentle heart. In her foster care, she’s showing off her sweet, affectionate side—walking on leash is going well, and she doles out enthusiastic kisses to her foster mom. Lola is a senior who still has plenty of love to give and is ready for a relaxed, loving home to settle into for her next chapter. She’s waiting in Lincoln Park, NJ, hoping to meet the family she’s waited years to find. Give her the happy ending she deserves. Click apply to start the adoption process.
