Coal is a total heart-stealer-young, handsome, and bursting with personality. This energetic Catahoula/terrier mix is about 1 year old and 38 lbs of fun, affection, and charm. He loves being around people and soaks up attention like it's his full-time job. He's house and crate trained, knows sit, and listens well when corrected, making him a great mix of playful and trainable. Coal enjoys active, rough-and-tumble play and would thrive in a home that can match his energy or has another dog who enjoys the same kind of fun. After coming to us from a rural kill shelter, Coal has truly blossomed in foster care and discovered how great the good life can be. He's ready for a forever home where he can be loved, played with, and included as part of the family. The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
