About Octane And Rione

Bonded sisters Octane and Rione lost the only home they’ve ever known when their owner was forced to move and couldn’t take them along. They were surrendered to The Cat Connection so they could find the real forever home they deserve. At 2½ years old, they are understandably shy right now—change is hard, and they’re still wondering where their person went. But cats are resilient, and with time, patience, and love, they will come out of their shells and show just how special they are. Octane and Rione will thrive in a quiet home and would do best as the only pets, without other cats, dogs, or children. In the right environment, they will be an incredibly rewarding and loving addition to a home. Interested in adopting Octane and Rione? Follow the instructions below! -------- If you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: http://thecatconnection.org/adopt/adoption-application/ Following the instructions and filling out this application rather than emailing us will get you a quicker response. Please also consider fostering as an alternative to adoption. To learn more, go to: http://thecatconnection.org/get-involved/foster/ Adoption Fee (effective 3/15/24) < 12 mos. $375 1-4 yrs $300 5-9 yrs. $250 10+ yrs. $125 These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two! The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats. To find out more about us, please visit our website: http://thecatconnection.org/
