About Ollie
Ollie spent much of his puppyhood isolated in a garage, with little socialization and fed whatever was availableāincluding the occasional sweet treatāso his foundation isnāt what most dogs start with. Heās a Malti-Chon (MalteseāBichon Frise mix) with a white, long coat and weighs about 14 pounds. Now in foster care in Santa Monica, Ollieās personality has flourished. Heās playful, affectionate, and eager to be close to people, trailing after his humans and always up for a snuggle or a game of fetch. He does well with other small dogs and is easygoing around cats. Ollie is non-reactive and gentle, with no aggression, and is fully house trained. He adjusts quickly in a stable, calm environment and learns fast with praise. Because his start in life left him sensitive, heās best suited to adults or older, calmer kids. Heāll need adopters who can commit to daily exercise and enrichment, are attentive to grooming and regular vet care, and who have experience as responsible dog owners. Ollie is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and in great healthāready for a quiet, caring home where heāll always be part of the action, never forgotten. Ollie is in Santa Monica, CA, but can meet adopters in Northern California if the home is a strong fit. Click apply to start the adoption process.
