Meet TILLY, a sweet little girl at (estimated) 8 weeks old. Mixed breed, unknown. Phoebe was found with her siblings dumped on the highway. Us and rescue partners were able to take in all of these little babies. They still need some shots and to be fixes before adopting, but we are accepting applications!
