About Max From “max And
Max is one half of a very special bonded pair with Milo. They came into foster care after showing up with their feral mother, hungry and searching for safety. Max has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV. He's a brown tabby with a short coat. Both Max and Milo had bouts with upper respiratory infections as kittens but responded well to medication and are thriving now. They're comfortable eating both wet and dry food. Max is still quite timid and will need a patient adopter willing to let him adjust at his own pace. He responds to gentle petting and purrs once he trusts someone, especially in calm, quiet surroundings. Max does well using the litter box, and the best practice is to gradually introduce him to larger areas of the home. He loves food time and play sessions, especially with his favorite rope toy (supervised only — he’s a bit too enthusiastic). He hasn’t been exposed much to other animals or children, but a calm animal or household with older kids who understand boundaries could be a good fit. Max and Milo are closely bonded, often sleeping together and seeking comfort in each other. If you’re looking for a pair of kittens with gentle dispositions who just need time and understanding, these boys are ready for their forever home. Every new adopter receives thorough medical records, and transition support, plus a starter supply of the food they’re used to. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
