With the rampant overcrowding in shelters today, Percy faced some serious challenges, and we just couldn’t let his beautiful life be cut short before it even started! So, off he went to join us here at Labradors and Friends, where second chances are our specialty. ❤️ The tiny pup came in with his buddy, Hugo, another pug who was just as fortunate to escape the clutches of the shelter. Every day is a new adventure with Percy, and he’s waiting for someone special to turn his dreams into reality.
