Meet Toto Toto is a funny, playful, and happy little dog who's ready to bring joy to your home! He loves going for walks, living with other dogs, and enjoys sightseeing. Toto would thrive in a home with children and lots of love and affection. He's also a big fan of regular walks, making him a great companion for an active owner. Toto's journey wasn't easy -- he was found covered in fleas and mange near a clinic. Despite his rough start, he's a noble, sweet dog who is friendly with everyone. He's got basic obedience down (like sit, stay, and come), and he's eager to learn more! He's a perfect fit for a family who can shower him with attention and love. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement.
