Hi, I am Monkey! I am a happy, playful, and quirky little dog with lots of personality. I love to play with other dogs, go for walks, and snuggle on the couch with my people. I enjoy lying in the sun and being lazy, but I also get the zoomies and love to play when the mood hits me. I was hit by a car in front of my rescuer's house in May 2025 and had a fractured femur that was surgically repaired. I used to live across the street, mostly outside, but after my accident, the man who had me didn't want me back. That turned out to be lucky for me because now I'm looking for a loving forever home where I will be wanted and loved. I'm kennel trained, affectionate, and loyal. I would do great in a home with another dog and an owner who enjoys walks and snuggle time. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement.
