Meet Harper. She was found as a stray in a not so good section of Houston, TX. The finder took her in and fed this poor malnourished girl. It wasn't until she had her for a few day that she noticed there was something a little different about her. It turns out she is deaf. But Harper doesn't let that stop her from living a fun and fulfilled life. She follows other dogs and always is aware of her surroundings. I guess because for quite a while she was surviving on her own. She is great with other dogs and with people. She would love a home with other dogs to teach her the ways, however, she does pick up hand movements pretty quickly. Harper is currently in the Houston, TX area however transport can be arranged.
