Rescued while heavily pregnant and after lovingly raising 8 healthy puppies, Elvira is now ready to start her own new life. She boasts a great combination of youthful energy and a sweet, eager-to-please nature. Smart and attentive, Elvira bonds closely with her person and seeks affection above all else. With a moderate energy level, Elvira is happiest after a good walk or active playtime at the dog park. While she can be timid upon first meeting new people, she quickly warms up and soon relaxes into her usual, friendly self. She gets along well with other dogs, especially in structured environments like parks, and has successfully shared her foster home with a small dog. Elvira is fully house-broken and considerate—if she needs to go out during the night, she’ll politely wake you. She’s learning leash skills and enjoys car rides, embracing outings and adventures. Having grown so much during her foster care, she’s sure to thrive even more in a loving forever home. Elvira is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccines.
