Hi there, I'm Suka, a spunky 49-pound Terrier mix with a big smile on my face and an even bigger love for adventure. I'm always ready to chase a ball, go exploring, or stick my curious nose into anything that smells even remotely interesting, because sniffing the world is one of my favorite hobbies. I can be a little stubborn with what some might call "selective hearing," especially when I'm excited, so my manners are still a work in progress, but treats and fun make me much more willing to listen. I absolutely love food and would be thrilled to have puzzle toys to keep my busy brain occupied, because when I don't have something to do, I'll happily find my own entertainment. In my Terrier mix body lives an independent, confident girl who enjoys doing her own thing, even though I'm very friendly and will happily pop right into your space to say hello before moving on to my next adventure. I'm not always big on constant cuddles, but I do love being part of an active, social household where there's always something fun going on. When I get excited I can be a little jumpy and mouthy, and personal space isn't really my strong suit, so a home with older kids and plenty of room to run would be best for me. With a yard to roam, lots of activities, and people who enjoy my goofy, energetic spirit, I know I can be an amazing, loving companion who keeps life exciting.
