About Mama Bear
Mama Bear has lived through a nightmare—rescued by police after being found alone, crying at the bottom of a manhole, then facing the chaos and fear of an overcrowded shelter. Now about two to three years old and around 55 lbs, she’s in short-term foster, but that can’t last, and she’s running out of time to land somewhere safe. Mama Bear is spayed, fully healthy, vaccinated, microchipped, and house and crate trained. Her personality shines: gentle, deeply affectionate, devoted, and calm, she thrives on closeness and just wants someone to lean against—she’d happily spend hours just curled up next to you. She’s received guidance from a professional trainer and is always eager to please. Because Mama Bear came in as a stray, a home without other pets is best, simply because her history with other animals isn’t certain. She’s sweet and trusting, and, despite everything, she remains an example of warmth and gratitude. Mama Bear gets along with children and is just looking for someone willing to give her the safety, routine, and love she’s missed. Born February 1st, she’s an Aquarius—a sign known for loyalty and heart. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
