Mocha is a beautiful 1.5–2-year-old girl who has come such a long way since arriving at the shelter. At first, she was very scared, shy, and nervous—but with time, patience, and love, she has slowly come out of her shell and is now showing everyone just how special she is. Mocha has discovered the joy of walks, where her happiness really shines through, and she absolutely adores the staff and volunteers who spend time with her. She LOVES being petted and isn’t shy about asking for more—she’ll burrow her head right into you for cuddles and affection. She seems to be housebroken but can get stressed when left alone, so continued crate training in a home will help her feel safe and secure. Mocha would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention she craves.
