FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Blondie! Blondie is an 11-month-old, 12.5 lb Spaniel/Chihuahua mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. She’s had a rough start to life and is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. With her people, Blondie is incredibly loving and affectionate once she feels comfortable. She’s on the shy side and has quite a bit of confidence to build, but her heart is full of love and her desire to connect is there. Where Blondie truly shines is with other dogs! She is extremely playful, social, and happy when she has canine friends around. Because of this, we’re looking for a home with another young, well-adjusted, confident dog who can be both a playful companion and a positive role model to help her navigate new experiences and build confidence. Blondie will need continued support with learning how to walk on leash and gradually taking on the outside world at a pace that feels safe for her. A calm, predictable home with a steady routine will help her thrive. We’re looking for an adult-only home with no children. Blondie has also not been tested with cats. With patience, consistency, and the right canine buddy by her side, Blondie has so much potential to become a confident, happy companion! Blondie is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.
