Animal Information: Rocket is a 1-year-old, 12 lb long-haired Spaniel mix. He was originally adopted in San Bernardino, but sadly returned to the shelter just a week later for kennel cough. Unfortunately, returns like this place dogs at immediate risk for euthanasia. Thankfully, Rocket caught the attention of our partners at Angels of Rawley Foundation, who stepped in and saved his life. Rocket may be a little nervous when first meeting new people, but he warms up quickly and shows his true, affectionate nature. He’s friendly with both people and other dogs, and his California foster describes him as “a total lap lovebug.” We can’t wait to welcome Rocket to the PNW and help him find the loving forever home he deserves.
