Tippifound a forever home!
About Tippi
Meet Tippi Tippi is the kind of girl who makes you smile before she even knows your name. This 9-month-old, spayed Shepherd/Lab mix was born in a rural parish shelter and waited patiently while her siblings found homes. When Take Paws finally pulled her, it truly felt like we saved the best for last. Tippi is fully up to date on vetting and heartworm negative, and she's the whole package when it comes to personality. She's friendly with people, gentle and happy around kiddos, and social with other dogs. She greets the world with an open heart and an eager tail wag. True to her Shepherd/Lab roots, Tippi is smart, athletic, and full of joyful puppy energy. She loves to run, play, and explore, so a securely fenced yard is a must for her to safely stretch her legs and burn off that youthful enthusiasm. She's still in her puppy phase, which means she'll thrive with an adopter who's ready to provide structure, boundaries, and continued training. The reward? A loyal, attentive companion who wants nothing more than to learn and be part of your life. Tippi is special because she's standing right at that sweet spot between puppy and dog. She's old enough to bond deeply, young enough to grow into exactly the companion you've been dreaming of. With guidance, love, and consistency, she's going to be an incredible family dog. If you're looking for a bright, affectionate, adventure-ready best friend, Tippi is ready to meet you PLEASE READ BELOW: If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting, the first step is to complete an application and read all of our FAQs: https://www.takepawsrescue.org/adopt Please note: Information to determine if you might be a match for one of our animals can only be found on our application. *An inquiry, questions or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application* All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as our website, Chewy, Pet Finder, and others. These are in no way a guarantee.
