Meet Maurice: Maurice is a 2 year 3 months old (as of April 2025) pit / lab mix (best guess) that weighs around 53 pounds. Maurice is timid but sweet. He gives lots of kisses, likes belly rubs, and will paw for more attention. He loves being outside where he can sniff things, watch squirrels and birds, and run around. A fenced-in yard or someone looking for a walking buddy would be ideal for Maurice. He is great in the car, crate and house-trained, and will entertain himself with chew bones. Maurice is currently in a foster home in the Leesport, PA area. Maurice gets along well with other dogs, but prefers female canine companions who don't mind that he's an attention hog. Maurice is fearful of men and would thrive best in a home with only women. We would love for Maurice to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play!
