About Canelita
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Canelita, a truly stunning girl with a heart as soft as her fur! This gentle soul may be shy when meeting new people, but her transformation in her foster home has been remarkable. Once she feels comfortable, she’ll approach with charming affection—hopping up to snuggle against your legs or even climbing gently onto your lap. At the end of the day, you’ll find her curled at your feet, offering loyal company and love. Canelita is sensitive and will thrive in a peaceful, calm environment with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore. Because of her timidity, she’s seeking a family with older children (15 and up) who can respect her space and help her settle in at her own pace. This lovely girl is also quite social—she lives contentedly with cats and dogs, finding her greatest comfort alongside her best friend Elvira. Canelita draws much of her confidence from Elvira, and we hope they can be adopted together so this transition is as smooth and happy as possible. If you have patience and can offer a peaceful home, Canelita is ready to reward you with endless devotion. She and Elvira dream of finding a forever family together, and their joint adoption fee is $550 plus Minnesota sales tax. Fun fact: with a birthday on March 6, Canelita is a Pisces—these pups are known for being gentle and deeply loving companions! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
