Meet Happy NY! Happy is a young male Terrier + Lab puppy, about 10 weeks as of 1/1/26 and weighs almost 13 lbs. Happy was the last remaining pup of his litter, left alone at a county shelter. Our southern rescue partners pulled him, knowing that a rescue would step up and make sure that puppy stayed out of the cold shelter alone. Happy is adapting to his foster home quickly. He is right on schedule age wise, making progress with both potty training and crate training. He enjoys playtime and friendly faces. Happy longs to find his forever home with an active family. His foster reports that he LOVES to play outside, run around and play with other dogs!
