Mabel is a precious 15 lb...18 month old female Beagle...sadly she is another one of our heartworm positive dogs that we're hoping to find the "perfect home" for while she's going through the treatment. So sad that this baby is so young with nasty heartworms!! There's some very affordable monthly preventatives that could do away with this expensive treatment but more importantly the pain that it inflicts on these babies.
