About Kaleb

Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Kaleb, a sweet and affectionate boy with the most endearing bunny-like ears. He arrived at the Animal Protection League as a stray, very skinny but already showing a zest for life. Kaleb is incredibly friendly and social, lighting up when people are nearby. He absolutely loves butt scratches and melts for baby talk. Food is his greatest motivator—he’s always close if there’s a snack in sight! While he’s working on being gentle when taking treats, he’s eager to please and already knows how to sit and even catch toys mid-air. Kaleb can be selective with canine pals, doing better with females than males, and displays some humping behavior that should improve after he’s neutered. He’s shown curiosity about cats during introductions. Kaleb is heartworm positive and will need treatment in his new home, but his loving nature makes it worth the commitment. With his short black-and-white coat and playful spirit, he’s ready for a fresh start. Were you born near the end of December?
