Meet Noelle who came into our rescue on December 22nd from a puppy mill. Noelle gets along with other dogs as this is all she has known in her life. She'll need another dog in her home in order to make her feel comfortable. So far, she's had no potty accidents in the home. We'll know more about her after her first vet appointment in late December.
