About Sandy
Sandy is an 8-month-old Mountain Cur mix with a short, sandy-colored coat who’s just about ready to make her way to New England. Found wandering as a stray in Tennessee, she’s proven herself to be a bright, social dog who lights up around people and dogs alike. Foster feedback says Sandy is joyful and outgoing—a true social butterfly. She’s energetic, curious, and happiest when out walking, running, or tumbling with her toys, but her softer side emerges when it’s time for cuddles. Young and lively, Sandy will thrive in an active family who wants a companion that will keep up with outdoor fun and still snooze by your side. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and, like any young dog, will benefit from training to grow into her best self. Sandy gets along well with other dogs and with children. She’s not yet house trained, so her adopters should be ready for puppy mistakes and have patience as she learns. Sandy is currently being cared for out of state, but transportation to New England is included with adoption. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
