The good thing is that HRA will take care of all his treatments free of charge if you adopt him. Kobe has the most amazing pips over his eyes! And they say the bigger the pips, the sweeter the dog- and that's all so true for precious Kobe. He has the most darling tail wag - combined with his puppy dog eyes, he is irresistible! Kobe is seeking a fabulous home with adopters that can help him. He does need to be calm and quiet during his treatments.
