About Holes Pup: Squid

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Dive into love with Squid! Ahoy there! Meet Squid, a 10-month-old, 50-pound Shepherd mix with a heart as deep as the ocean. He’s a fun-loving, snuggly pup who’s ready to find his crew. Squid’s journey began in Ensenada, but now he’s ready to make waves in a new home. He’s a total cuddlefish—always eager to curl up next to his humans and doggie friends for some quality snuggle time. Squid enjoys hanging out with other dogs and does best with slow introductions to new canine pals. As for cats, he’s not sure yet. He absolutely loves children and would thrive in a home with a fun-loving family. High-energy and playful, Squid enjoys running, fetch, and spirited games of tug-of-war. He would do best with a family who enjoys outdoor activities, playtime, or long walks to help him burn off his puppy energy. Leash training is a work in progress, but he’s learning quickly! He’s already crate and house trained, plus he knows a bunch of commands like sit, down, paw, “go to your place,” and “here.” Squid would be happy with another playful dog or as the only pup in an active household. He can be left alone for up to five hours but would really appreciate lots of attention, play, and love! Loyal, loving, and adventurous, Squid is ready to set sail on new adventures with you! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
