Meet Millie, a sweet bundle of joy who’s just bursting with personality! 🌟 This lovely girl is currently in foster care in Texas but is ready to make the journey to Iowa on one of our upcoming transports. Imagine the joy of waking up to her little wagging tail and those adorable puppy eyes! ❤ Millie came into rescue with her siblings, Willie and Tillie, and she's eager to find a loving family to call her own. Whether it’s breakfast time (who doesn’t love breakfast? 🥣), treat time (she’s a big fan! 🍖), or simply basking in your affection, Millie is happiest when she’s close to her human. She’s so affectionate, always up for some pets and scratches! She’s not just a cuddler; she’s also potty trained and crate trained! 🚽 Her leash manners are developing beautifully, and though she hasn't had much leash experience yet, she walks like a pro. Millie adores other dogs and gets along famously with children, making her the perfect family companion. This girl is all about spreading love and joy—and guess what? She’s never shown aggression toward anyone! 🎉 Talk about a heart full of sunshine! However, she has a little bit of a health hurdle to jump: Millie is heartworm positive, which is common among strays in the South. 🌧️ But the good news is she’s currently undergoing treatment and is on her way to becoming heartworm negative soon!
