About Scarlett
Meet Scarlett, a sweet and gently timid Border Collie/Jindo mix rescued from the streets of Phuket, Thailand. She arrived in San Diego, CA thanks to Soi Dog Foundation in November 2023, and she’s looking for her forever family. Scarlett shows a coy side, often keeping to herself until she feels safe, but her sweetness shines through in quiet moments. She would do best with a patient single person or couple who understands a reserved dog’s needs and builds confidence through structure, training, and outings. Scarlett isn’t a pet to coddle—she needs steady leadership, not constant reassurance. She’s housetrained, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and thrives on routine. Born in February 2021, that makes her an Aquarius—curious and unique at heart. Scarlett is ready for someone to help her grow braver with you at her side. Ready to meet your new best friend?
