About Orion
Orion came into rescue in rough shape, with a severely matted and dirty coat that clearly caused him quite a bit of discomfort. Understandably wary after some tough experiences, he was unsure about people at first, but after a few days of settling in and a trip to the groomer, his outlook did a 180. Now, Orion is a calm, observant little guy who leans toward a coy and low-key disposition. He enjoys gentle attention and has proven himself a compliant companion once he feels safe. Born in October, Orion is a true Libra—always picking up on the rhythms and moods of those around him. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a flexible fit for many homes.
