Tangerine is bursting with energy. He’s a 4.5-year-old, medium-sized retriever mix from Berkeley Animal Center who came into the shelter on June 25, 2021. At about 50 lbs, Tangerine is a bit timid at first and still finding his confidence, but he thrives with encouragement. He really lights up around other dogs and enjoys playtime with canine friends. Leash walking is a skill he’s still working on, but put him in an easy walk harness and you’ll see how quickly he adapts. Tangerine’s spirited and would love an active home with people who can keep up and help him blossom further. He is house trained and has completed treatment for heartworm.
