About Maui
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Maui is a wonderful Labrador Retriever available for adoption at Troy Animal Rescue Project. As with all dogs adopted through this rescue, you can rest assured he will be up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, heartworm negative (as appropriate for age), and microchipped for added peace of mind. Maui will also be protected against fleas, ticks, and heartworms through regular preventative care, and is fully dewormed. To adopt Maui, just fill out an application online and select up to three pets you would like to meet. Once your vet reference is checked and a virtual home visit is completed, you’ll be contacted within 24-48 hours on weekdays—please note application processing starts only during the week. Rental residents should provide a copy of their lease showing pet allowances to help speed up the process. If you’ve had a pet in the past two years, include your previous vet’s information; otherwise, a personal reference will be helpful. After the initial steps, you’ll set up a meet and greet by appointment, with flexible scheduling available. Once you’ve chosen your perfect match, Maui will undergo a final vet check to ensure excellent health before heading home. Every animal has the chance for thorough preparation to join your family happy, healthy, and ready to love! The rescue center address is 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL 36010—visitation is by appointment only.
