And yes, they even come with a microchip! How cool is that? 🏷️ But don't get too comfy just yet! 🐕 While your heart might be racing with excitement, it’s essential to remember that there’s a process in place for adopting. Think of it as a journey to a beautiful destination! To start, fill out your adoption application online via the Buddy App. You can choose up to three pets to meet and get to know. That’s three chances for future tail wags! 💖 After you submit your application, the team works tirelessly to ensure a smooth process. They'll review your vet reference and conduct a virtual home visit. It’s all about making sure every pet goes to a loving and suitable home. You can expect to hear back within 24-48 hours on weekdays! Note: Because weekends are for relaxation, they don’t process applications on those days! Want to make sure you speed up your approval?🏃‍♂️ If you live in a rental place, don’t forget to include a copy of your lease that allows pets. If you’ve had a pet before, mention your previous vet as a reference. If you haven’t had one in two years or more, a reference from a friend will do just fine! Once everything's lined up, you’ll get an appointment to meet that adorable pet of interest! Yep, meeting those cute faces can happen on weekdays or weekends after 5 pm, depending on staff availability.
