Born on February 5, 2023, Libby is an Aquariusโknown for their intelligence and lively spirit! She is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and has tested negative for heartworm, ensuring she is healthy and ready for her new home. Libby is also kept current with monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives and is dewormed regularly. Libby is dog and child friendly, making her a great choice for many families looking for a loving companion. If you're interested in adopting Libby, you'll need to complete an application, provide a home visit, and share a vet reference. Please note that Troy Animal Rescue Project does not do same day adoptions and is not open to the public without an appointment, but they are happy to walk you through the process and schedule a meet and greet after initial approval.
