She is a lovely adult female Labrador Retriever mix who will go home spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. Kara is heartworm negative and protected with regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Her microchip will help ensure her safety in her new home. Please note, Troy Animal Rescue Project requires a home visit and vet reference for every adoption, and does not offer same day adoptions. To get started, simply submit your adoption application—appointments to meet Kara (and up to two other pets) are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, following a brief approval process. The rescue is not open to the public without an appointment, so be sure to set up a meeting ahead of time. Kara’s adoption fee is $100.
