About Tulip
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Tulip! Tulip is a sweet girl who tends to be a bit more reserved than her sister, Poppy, but truly shines once she feels comfortable in her surroundings. While Tulip may be initially skittish, consistent socialization and some one-on-one attention will help her blossom. She is currently receiving treatment for valley fever and is responding positively to her medication. Tulip has shown she tends to prefer women, though she's open to building relationships with patient men who are willing to let her open up at her own pace. This gentle soul does well with cats, though she might feel tempted to chase them on occasion; with ongoing training, this can likely be managed. She hasn't learned all her social skills just yet, but she's never aggressiveโshe may bark when crated as new people arrive, simply out of nervousness. With love, patience, and the right attention, Tulip will return your affection wholeheartedly. She would be happiest if she could be adopted alongside her sister, Poppy. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
