Tulip has been introduced to cats and gets along well with them, and she also does well with other dogs. She is sweet-natured and shy, and with time, she will become more confident in a loving home.

Tulip has shown she tends to prefer women, though she's open to building relationships with patient men who are willing to let her open up at her own pace. This gentle soul does well with cats, though she might feel tempted to chase them on occasion; with ongoing training, this can likely be managed. She hasn't learned all her social skills just yet, but she's never aggressive—she may bark when crated as new people arrive, simply out of nervousness.
