About Johnny Gill
Meet Johnny Gill — a 12-pound superstar who is officially past his shelter nerves and ready for his forever stage. Once on the euthanasia list simply for being scared, this little tri-color mix (Beagle / JRT / Rat Terrier / Chihuahua blend, perhaps) has completely transformed in foster care. Johnny is now fully vetted, decompressed, and thriving. His playful, goofy, affectionate personality shines the moment he feels included. He loves dogs, plays beautifully with them, and has discovered that kids are pretty fun too. Johnny is an easy companion — the kind who wants to be part of daily life, not just watch from the sidelines. He’s smart, eager to please, and incredibly observant. He loves going for walks, enjoys car rides, and when he’s not cruising around, he’s happiest sitting at the window watching the neighborhood roll by like his own personal TV. He sleeps soundly, settles well, and has learned that routine equals safety. He’s past the hard part — now he’s simply ready to belong. Johnny Gill would do wonderfully in a home with another friendly dog, a family around often, and a yard to zip around in when the zoomies hit. But he’s also just as content curled up on the couch, calmly keeping an eye on the world outside. What he offers now is pure companionship: love, sweetness, fun, loyalty, and that little wag that means thank you. Johnny is ready — fully vetted, fully blossomed, and fully deserving of his forever home.
