About Sweetie
Sweetie came into care as a stray, thanks to a Good Samaritan who spotted her and offered a foster spot. She comes across as a possible Corgi/Hound mix, though the guesswork doesn’t matter much when you meet her—at about 2 years old and 34 lbs, she’s an easy-going, friendly dog who welcomes people and animals in equal measure. Sweetie prefers lounging and hanging out more than anything high-octane. She’s up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and spayed. She gets along with other dogs and cats, and she’s good with children, making her a strong fit for a range of homes. While she’s very sweet and appears adaptable, no dog should be assumed perfectly house trained in new environments—routine changes can throw even the best off, so expect a period of adjustment.
