Since coming into rescue, he has shown himself to be more sad and confused than challenging, responding best to understanding and patience from those around him. Jorge is about 12 years old and weighs around 20 lbs, and if you’ve ever wondered what a giant chihuahua or a corgi on stilts looks like, he could fit the bill—or maybe even a tiny shepherd or husky mix! He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and in good health for his age.
