Ren is a quirky orange and white Domestic Short Hair with a deep love for water and a habit of happy drooling whenever sheās purring. She spent much of her early life feral and arrived at the rescue almost four years ago, where she's made tremendous strides at her own pace. Ren thrives in the company of other catsāher feline friends make her feel at home, and she gains comfort from their presence, so she needs a confident, social cat in her new household. People are still a work in progress for Ren. She appreciates cheek and chin scratches but tends to get overstimulated, so an adults-only home suits her best. Ren enjoys cozy hiding spots, perching up high to observe everything, and playing in or around water. Sheās independent but will eventually cuddle up with her favorite cat companions. Youāll spot her signature head tilt whenever sheās interested in what you have to say. After more than 887 days in the rescue, sheās overdue for the peaceful, patient home she deserves.
