Granite is happiest when he's surrounded by people and furry friends, always eager for a gentle pet or a snuggle. He made the journey from New Mexico in hopes of finding a special forever family in Minnesota. Granite comes from a loving litter with a strong blend of Boxer and Pitbull, bringing playful and affectionate qualities. He's making wonderful progress with potty training, going right away when he heads outside, though a few puppy mishaps are still to be expected. Kennel training is underway; Granite much prefers being out and about, but settles contentedly in his crate at night near his foster dad’s bedroom. Already a champ at "Sit," Granite is working on more commands like "Stay," "Place," "Come," and "Down." He finds treats and encouragement truly rewarding! Around other dogs, Granite shows wonderful manners—respecting space, sharing toys, and learning how to play nicely. He’s even met cats and is perfectly content to leave them be.
