About Betty

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Betty is a petite and sassy eight-year-old boxer mix who adores her people. Wherever you go, Betty is sure to be right beside you—she’s your loyal shadow and would happily swap the floor for a spot on the couch any day. Betty’s past was a little rough, but her foster home has given her a chance to blossom with lots of love and good food. She arrived at the rescue quite skinny and with stained fur, but she’s now thriving and showing plenty of affection. While Betty can get along with other dogs, she would do best as an only pet, as she prefers meeting dogs at her own pace and can sometimes get a bit salty around her canine housemates. However, she does well with dog-savvy cats and kids. Her potty training is coming along nicely with a consistent schedule, and she’s perfectly comfortable in her crate both overnight and when left alone during the day. If you’re seeking a chilled-out adult dog whose greatest wishes are for love and snacks, Betty promises to be your devoted companion. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
