Kim Simonson: Hi, I am Petunia and I am 5 to 6 years old according to the veterinarian, but that’s an educated guess. I am a rescue cat saved from street life looking for a sweet life in a loving adoptive home best suited for my needs. I’ve lived a rough life during my life on the street & perhaps because of this I have no interest in being friendly with other cats. I love humans and am socialized with them and am acclimated to inside living spaces now. I’d be best suited in a house where I am the only cat or where perhaps there is only one other cat. I am a great lap cat and love attention, pets and snuggles with the humans who rescued and are fostering me, I’m just not fond of being friendly with other cats. I am FIV and felv negative and am in good health with a hearty appetite for food and a fondness for sleeping on cushions of pillows. I’m looking for a human or humans who will meet me where I am at so to speak being a former street cat and who will understand my needs. I’m a sweet ex-street cat and I am hoping you are the human/humans who will invite me into your loving forever home.
